Yes, due to the exclusive nature of our sample sales and the deep discounts offered, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your package is in transit, delivery times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking number via email.
What kind of condition are the items in?
We offer a mix of brand new overstock and actual production samples. While most items are in perfect condition, some may have minor imperfections or missing tags, which is reflected in the significant price reduction.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international fashion lovers in the near future.
